                                                                                    The Township of Stirling-Rawdon is supported by Hastings County Planning Staff and all inquiries that are not basic rezoning or minor variance applications should begin with a pre-consultation with Hastings County Staff.

Please note: Applications will only be received with payment of $700.00 for Minor Variance, $1000.00 for Zoning and $1000.00 for Site Plan AgreementÂ

Rezoning and Minor Variance Protocols
All rezoning and minor variance applications need to be circulated to the regulating Conservations Authority prior to submitting a a rezoning or minor variance application.

Cannabis                                                              The Township of Stirling-Rawdon's present zoning by-law does not allow for Cannabis. The Municipality has amended the zoning by-law general provisions, however every property with the boundaries of Stirling-Rawdon that wants to grow Cannabis must do a re-zoning.Â
