Winter Road Maintenance Routes

The Township of Stirling-Rawdon is committed to maintaining safe roads every winter with a total of 9 operators responsible for clearing snow and salting roadways, entrances, and sidewalks.

Sequence of roads maintained is based on road classifications outlined in the Ontario Maintenance Standards and the Township of Stirling-Rawdon’s Level of Service Policy. Sequence of roads with the same classification will commence with hard top surfaces followed by loose top surfaces.

The sections are broken down as follows:

  • Northwest: 408
  • Northeast: 410
  • Southwest: 412
  • Southeast:  403
  • Central area hardtop road maintenance: 406
