Community Care for Central
Hastings
Community Care for Central Hastings
serves the Central Hastings area (including Madoc, Marmora, Stirling,
Tweed and surrounding areas). This is a volunteer based agency for
seniors and adults with physical disibilities. Programs and services
are provided that assist clients to remain in their own homes and
improve their quality of life. To become aware of the programs that are

Community Care for Central Hastings needs volunteers to make
reassurance calls, make
friendly visits, assist at the Diner's Club, help with fundraising,

Therapeutic Riding Association
Volunteers needed for spring program. Must be over 14 years of age,
have transportation and
be able to commit to three hours per week for 12 weeks to help in the
lessons by grooming horses and sidewalking with riders, assisting
riders with exercises and games. Training provided. Come out and have
