UNFINISHED BUSINESS
The Clerk advised that
he had been in contact with Rebanks Pepper Littlewood Architects Inc. and that
for no extra charge they will determine the size of building that would be
viable to construct on the current Police, Fire, and Public Works property if
the Police / Fire building was to be demolished.

that the Fire Chief be instructed to determine the work required to retrofit
the current Public Works facility to accommodate the Fire Department
and further that
the Public Works Manager be instructed to determine the work required to
retrofit the former MTO building to accommodate the Public Works Department
and further that
two quotes be acquired for the determined work for information purposes and
possible grant application.”
