Twinned schools Stirling Primary and Stirling Junior are located one block apart and serve approximately 450 students from the surrounding area. The Primary school hosts students in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 1. The Junior school hosts students in Grade 2 to 5.

Both schools have gymnasiums, spacious play yards, well-equipped classrooms with computers, access to a computer lab and are wheelchair accessible. A safe learning environment is provided with an emphasis on literacy. Ongoing, open communication between home, school and community encourages parents and the community to take an active partnership in our children’s education. Celebrations of learning are evident in family literacy nights, participation in Art events, festive activities, summer reading program.  Character development activities include respect and responsibility assemblies and active fundraisers. Stirling Primary/Junior are also proud supporters of Terry Fox Run, Jump Rope for Heart and Christmas Sharing.

Stirling Junior Public School students proceed to Stirling Senior Public School for Grades 6 to 8.

Visit us online.Stirling Senior Public School serves approximately 240 students in Grades 6 to 8.

Stirling Senior PS has a combined computer lab and library, a fully-equipped music room and two complete science rooms. The school yard is a large open space with a soccer pitch, baseball diamond, track and a variety of playground equipment. The property also includes a trail system used for outdoor education and athletic programs. The strong supportive parent community contributes time and resources to improve school programs and facilities.

For Grades 9 to 12 the majority of Stirling Senior PS students proceed to either Bayside Secondary School or St. Theresa’s Secondary School in Belleville, with a few attending Centre Hastings Secondary School in Madoc.
