OPPORTUNITY
Energetic, well organized person to lead the Water Buffalo Festival on September 7, 2013
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Reporting to the Stirling-Rawdon B.I.A. and Water Buffalo Committee
- Chef Liason
- Contact and recruit Chefs
- Vendor application forms
- Collect fees
- Organize meetings with Chefs and vendors
- Prepare Chef packages
- Vendor survey
- Post event follow ups
- Final report to committee
- Prepare and distribute Health Unit forms
- Maintain Health and Safety requirements
TO SUCCEED YOU WILL HAVE:
- Minimum high school graduation diploma
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in marketing-event planning
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
